i was soooo close to astral projecting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
at first when i layed down, it felt nothing. so i just said in my head, "BReath in.....breath out." so that it matches my breathing rate. then my lower arms and my hands started vibrating and tingling, alot. then my head felt out of place. like it wasnt laying on my pillow anymore. it felt wierd, i dont know how to explain that part. but then i got eally excited that i was going to astral project that. then it stopped becuase i was feeling excited and stuff lol.
iam sooo close!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant wait until i finally astral project!!!!!!!!!!!

ya there is. i think this time i will lower the tv lol. i always keep the tv on so that way i know if iam strting to lose my sense of hearing or something. just going to lower the volume a lot.
hi, when you get that close again, try to remain relaxed about it, ignore all the sensations, (caused by chakra activity mainly) and just as calmly as you can focus on leaving the body mentally, when you do this, your astral body will leave follow.
