What is Electrokinesis?
Electrokinesis is the control of electricity.

How do you do Electrokinesis?

Thunder Ball:
First you must imagine that a bolt of lightning striking down on you, surrounding you in a aura of electricity, then you must imagine that it is flowing to your fist then open your palm and imagine it forming into a ball of electricity.

Thunder Punch:
This is one i made on my own, You start it as a thunder ball but once you harness the lightning energy u have to charge it like a Ki punch and there's your thunder punch.

-Gathering Electric Energy-
First, visualize electrical sparks gathering on your finger. When you feel a strange tingling sensation, try to get it to jump to your other finger. Visualize electricity coursing all over your body, and then going in to one single point, such as the palm of your hand or something. Then shoot it at a television or a radio to try to screw up the reception.
